Overview

An end-to-end AI agent that owns the full sales and marketing pipeline. From lead generation through cold outreach, meeting booking, support, and follow-up — autonomous, with human escalation when complexity demands it.

Problem

Solution

We built a RAG-based agentic system orchestrated in n8n, integrated with GoHighLevel for CRM, GPT-4 for reasoning, and Retell AI / Vapi for voice. The agent handles every step until escalation.
