Vehicle marketplace listings need photos in many aspect ratios — square thumbnails, hero banners, mobile cards. Sellers shouldn't have to crop and re-upload. The platform also needed subscription billing and IAP for mobile.
We architected an image processing pipeline that auto-generates multi-aspect-ratio variants on upload, served via S3 + CDN. Built marketplace flows, subscription tiers, and native mobile apps that share the same backend.
