Problem
A healthcare distribution business needed to digitize their entire fulfillment chain — from doctor demand to warehouse pick-and-pack to shipping updates — without compromising PHI. Off-the-shelf tools couldn't handle the multi-role workflow or the compliance requirements.
Solution
We architected a multi-role MERN SaaS with role-based access, encrypted PHI storage, audit logging, and webhook-driven shipping integration. Compliance was built into the schema and infrastructure, not bolted on.
